These are some of my favorite neck exercises for neck pain and tightness. They are designed to create a stable base with the band to engage the core muscles, in order to move your neck.

The movement of the neck helps to strengthen the muscles on the front of your neck (neck flexors) while improving neck rotation and mobility.
